I'm Dave Schoof. For 19 years, I worked in counterintelligence with the US Government learning to see patterns others miss and navigate high-stakes uncertainty. For the past three decades, I've worked with Fortune 500 executives and leadership teams facing the kinds of challenges that don't have playbook answers.
I created The PIVOT™ Methodology because I kept having the same conversation: accomplished leaders recognizing that their hard-won expertise, while valuable, isn't sufficient for what's emerging. They need new capacities — not just new skills.
